Campaigns and Goals
Campaigns bundle a run of related posts across platforms into one tracked effort. Goals set the targets you are working toward. Together they turn day-to-day activity into a strategy you can measure.
Campaigns
A campaign groups the social posts for one push — a product launch, a seasonal sale, an awareness drive — and tracks them together. The Campaigns screen has three tabs: Campaigns (each with its status, post count, platforms and progress), Performance (how the campaign is doing), and Activity (a timeline of what happened).
Command Center
"Run a two-week campaign for our new collection across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, three posts a week."
Tell Olori the goal and she runs the whole campaign — planning the posts, scheduling them, publishing and tracking the results.
Goals
Goals let you set measurable targets — followers, leads, sales, engagement — with due dates. The Goals screen flags what is due today and what is overdue, and Olori reports progress in your Agent Inbox as a GOAL_UPDATE.
Command Center
"Set a goal to reach 5,000 Instagram followers by the end of next quarter and suggest a plan to hit it."
The Morning Brief
Every morning Olori can send you a brief — what happened yesterday, what needs your attention, and what she plans to do today. It arrives by email or your chosen channel, so you start the day informed without opening the app.
Set a clear goal first, then let campaigns serve it. Olori plans better when she knows the target she is aiming at.
