Bookings and Appointments

Bookings turns SabiMaketa into your appointment desk. Customers open your public booking page, pick a service and a time, and book themselves in — while Olori confirms, reminds, chases no-shows and keeps your calendar in sync. Built for salons, clinics, consultants, studios and any service business.

Your public booking page

Every workspace gets a shareable booking page at /book/your-name. Drop the link in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status or email signature. Customers see your real availability, choose a service, pick a slot and confirm — no back-and-forth messaging, no double-bookings. The page carries your brand name and colours.

    Add your services

    Name each service, set how long it takes and its price. A service can be 30 minutes or a full day — Olori blocks the right amount of time for each.

    Set your hours

    Tell Bookings the days and times you are open. The availability engine only ever offers slots you are actually free for, and respects buffers between appointments.

    Choose deposits

    Decide per service whether customers pay nothing, a deposit, or the full price up front to secure the slot.

    Share your link

    Publish the page and share the link anywhere. Bookings start landing in your dashboard straight away.

Deposits, prepay and no-show fees

Cut no-shows by asking customers to commit. For each service you can require a deposit or full prepayment through your connected payment provider, and set a no-show or late-cancellation fee. The rules are shown to the customer before they book, so everything is agreed up front.

Reminders that cut no-shows

Olori sends automatic reminders on the channel your customer used: a confirmation the moment they book, a reminder 24 hours before, and a final nudge 2 hours before. Fewer missed appointments, no manual chasing.

Waitlist and the AI receptionist

When you are fully booked, customers can join a waitlist and are offered the slot automatically if someone cancels. Olori also acts as an AI receptionist — she answers booking questions on WhatsApp, suggests times, and books customers in on your behalf, day or night.

Google Calendar sync

Connect your Google Calendar so every booking appears there instantly, and any personal event you add blocks that time from being booked. Your booking page and your real calendar stay in step, so you are never double-booked.

Set a deposit on your most-booked service first. Even a small deposit sharply reduces no-shows and makes the reminder sequence do the rest.

How do customers book me?

Share your booking page link (/book/your-name). They pick a service, see your real available times, choose one, pay any deposit you require, and receive an instant confirmation. Nothing lands in your calendar unless the slot is genuinely free.

Do deposits reduce no-shows?

Yes, significantly. Requiring a deposit or full prepayment means customers have committed before they arrive. You set the amount per service, and any no-show or late-cancellation fee is agreed at the time of booking.

What happens on a no-show?

If you set a no-show fee, it applies per your rules, and the appointment is marked so your records stay accurate. Olori can also trigger a win-back message to rebook the customer.

Can customers cancel or reschedule?

Yes. The confirmation includes a link to reschedule or cancel within the window you allow. Freed-up slots are offered to anyone on the waitlist automatically.

What reminders are sent?

A confirmation at the moment of booking, a reminder 24 hours before, and a final one 2 hours before — sent on the channel the customer used to book, such as WhatsApp or email.
