Automation Rules
Automation rules make Olori act on her own the moment something happens — a signup, a payment, a customer going quiet — so nothing falls through the cracks.
How a rule is built
Every rule is a trigger plus an action. When the trigger fires, Olori runs the action automatically. Rules can wait a set time, add tags, move CRM stages, assign an owner, create a task, or send a message.
Example rules
New subscriber to Welcome email
Trigger: form submission. Action: start the welcome sequence
Payment received to Thank-you WhatsApp
Trigger: payment confirmed. Action: send a personalised message
No purchase in 60 days to Win-back
Trigger: contact goes quiet. Action: start a win-back sequence
Fit score crosses threshold to Alert
Trigger: a lead heats up. Action: notify you in the inbox
Creating a rule
Command Center
"When someone submits the contact form on our website, send them a WhatsApp within 5 minutes saying we will call them soon."
Olori sets up the rule and confirms the exact trigger and action she configured. Rules include sensible cooldowns so a customer is never spammed by the same rule firing repeatedly.
Start with two rules that pay for themselves: a thank-you after every payment, and a welcome sequence for every new lead.
