Autopilot and the One Inbox
Autopilot is the mode where Olori runs your marketing like an employee — she scans for opportunities, decides what to do, and posts, all on her own. Everything she does flows into one approval queue: the One Inbox.
What Autopilot does
With Autopilot on, Olori works in the background: keeping your channels active, drafting replies to comments and messages, spotting opportunities and wins, and proposing actions. Depending on your settings she either posts directly or queues each item for your approval.
The Autopilot screen
Autopilot has five tabs. Accounts is your control centre — set each connected account to Off, Manual (draft and approve) or Auto (hands-off), and watch its usage and live activity. Inbox is the One Inbox approval queue. Connections is where you link platforms. Policy is your rules. Activity is the full live feed of everything Olori did.
The anti-ban governor
Underneath every account is a safety governor. New accounts are warmed up gradually — caps rise day by day until fully warmed — and every action is paced to stay within platform limits. This protects your accounts from bans, and it always applies no matter your settings.
Your policy, your rules
The Policy tab is a control room for how Olori behaves per platform. Set working hours so auto-sends only go out when you want, a confidence threshold below which drafts route to the Inbox for review instead of sending, and free-text voice-and-rules — your tone, your never-do and always-do list. The governor's pacing still applies on top of whatever you set.
The One Inbox
The One Inbox is a single queue that gathers every decision waiting on you, from four sources at once. Instead of checking five screens, you clear one list.

The Agent Inbox and event types
The Agent Inbox shows what your specialist agents did while you were away. Events are tagged so you can scan quickly, and you can filter to just the ones you care about.
| Event type | What it means |
|---|---|
| WIN | Something went well — a post over-performed or a goal advanced |
| OPPORTUNITY | A chance to act — a trend, a warm lead, a re-engageable customer |
| ANOMALY | Something unusual worth a look — a drop or spike in a metric |
| ESCALATION | A conversation or decision that needs a human |
| GOAL_UPDATE | Progress toward a goal you set |
| WEEKLY_BRIEF | Your rolled-up summary of the week |
Working the queue
- 1
Open the One Inbox
Go to Autopilot and open the inbox. Use the Run Scan button to have Olori check for new opportunities on demand.
- 2
Review each item
Read the draft or event. For engagement replies you can edit the AI-suggested text before sending.
- 3
Approve, edit or dismiss
Approve to publish or send, edit to adjust first, or dismiss to skip. Every decision is logged.
- 4
Let it learn
Your approvals and edits train Olori on what you want, so the queue gets more accurate over time.
Sent replies pass through a governor that checks platform limits and safety before anything leaves — so hands-off never means reckless.
