Approvals
Approvals is the one queue for every decision waiting on you. Anything that publishes, sends a message, or spends money always stops here first for a human yes — that is a deliberate rule of the platform, not a setting you can lose. Instead of checking five screens, you clear one list.
What lands in the queue
Content
Posts, captions and campaigns Olori drafted, ready to approve, edit or reject
Ads
Paid campaigns with their budget — no ad spend ever starts without your approval
Replies
Incoming comments and messages with an AI-drafted reply you can edit before it sends
Alerts
Wins, anomalies and opportunities Olori spotted in your data, with a suggested next step
Working the queue
- 1
Open Approvals
Click Approvals in the sidebar. Filters along the top narrow the queue to content, ads, replies or alerts.
- 2
Review each card
Each card shows exactly what will happen if you approve — the post and its image, the reply text, the ad and its budget.
- 3
Approve, edit or reject
Approve to let it run, edit to adjust it first, or reject to stop it. Every decision is logged with a timestamp.
- 4
Let it learn
Your approvals and edits train Olori on what you want, so the queue gets more accurate over time.
Publishing, sending and spending are always gated
However much autonomy you give Olori, three things always wait for a human: publishing content, sending messages to customers, and spending money on ads. Hands-off mode changes how much she prepares on her own — never whether you keep the final say on those three.
